Company Profile

The sales agency was founded in 1958 by John P. Latchaw and Robert H. Montgomery, Sr.  In 1977, the company was incorporated and moved to its present location in Malvern, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia.  LMP operates from an office-warehouse complex situated on two beautiful acres. 

Marketing Philosophy

We professionally represent manufacturers in our sales territory in an enthusiastic, diligent, and honest manner.  We cheerfully and promptly respond to our customers' needs.  We listen to our customers and our manufacturers, with the intent of developing long-term relationships built on mutual trust, integrity, and respect.

Markets and Territory

LMP serves the residential plumbing, wastewater, water treatment and water systems markets in central / eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, southern New Jersey, the District of Columbia, and Virginia.  We actively call on distributors in these markets.  We also promote our manufacturers' products with architects, consulting engineers, contractors, designers, government officials and regulators, and specific OEMs.

We believe in the importance of personal contact with each of the groups listed above.  We support our distributors at their open houses, selling shows and other promotional events.  We support the industries we serve by attending regional and national trade shows.
